Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) pipes of 225 mm internal diameter, NP2 class, conforming to IS 458 specifications, including collars/joints with rubber rings or cement mortar, in proper alignment and gradient. The work includes excavation of trenches, bedding preparation, lowering of pipes, jointing, testing, and backfilling with suitable material, complete as per drawings and specifications.

The box culvert shall be constructed using reinforced cement concrete of specified grade, comprising base slab, side walls, and top slab cast integrally to form a rigid rectangular section. The culvert is designed to safely convey storm water/drainage flow beneath the roadway while supporting vehicular loads from the superimposed embankment and traffic. Construction shall include excavation, PCC bedding, RCC works, reinforcement steel, shuttering, waterproofing where required, backfilling, and wing walls/aprons as per approved drawings and specifications.
